UK producer Joseph Ashworth returns to Anjunadeep with a remix of Jon Gurd’s ‘Emergence’, taken from his recently released album ‘Phoenix’.

Utilising the original melodies, Ashworth adds breakbeat drums and a house inspired vocal sample. With previous releases on Life & Death, Get Weird and ELEMENTS, Ashworth has gained support from all corners of the electronic music scene including Lee Burridge, DJ Tennis and Patrice Bäumel.

Out in April, ‘Phoenix’ has gained support from tastemaker DJs including Eelke Kleijn, Shadow Child, Joris Voorn and Nick Warren and has amassed over 250k streams.

‘Phoenix’ is the latest album to be released on Anjunadeep, described by Billboard as “one of dance music’s ultimate tastemaker labels”. The label is known for discovering talents like Lane 8, Dusky, Yotto, and Ben Böhmer.
